Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Fedwill Limited respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit the Fedwill website or contact us through it.

Who we are

Fedwill Limited is a UK technology company providing product engineering, cloud, identity, data, AI, automation and connected-system services, and developing our own technology products.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Fedwill Limited is the controller of personal information collected directly through this website.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we may collect your name, email address, company name, enquiry type, project or enquiry details, and any other information you choose to include in your message.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may also process limited technical information required to operate and protect the website and its services, such as request and diagnostic information.

How we use your information

We use personal information submitted through this website to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
  • understand your requirements and discuss potential projects or services;
  • manage prospective and existing business relationships;
  • operate, secure and troubleshoot our website and supporting systems; and
  • meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis

We generally process website enquiries because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us and to develop and manage our business relationships. Where an enquiry relates to steps requested before entering into a contract, processing may also be necessary for those steps. We may process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

How the contact form is processed

When you submit the contact form, the information is securely transmitted to Fedwill's backend services hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The enquiry is processed by our website API and delivered to a Fedwill-controlled email inbox using Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). We use the email address you provide so that we can reply to your enquiry.

We do not use information submitted through the contact form to make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website. We may share or process information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate our website, communications and business systems. This currently includes Amazon Web Services as part of our website hosting, API and email infrastructure.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to professional advisers where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting or business purposes.

International data transfers

Some technology providers may process information in, or make it accessible from, countries outside the UK. Where this occurs, we take appropriate steps to ensure that applicable data protection requirements and safeguards are met.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to and following up an enquiry, maintaining relevant business records, and meeting legal, regulatory or accounting requirements. Retention may vary depending on the nature of the enquiry and whether it develops into a business relationship.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Our website and contact services use encrypted network connections and access-controlled cloud infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use the contact form to place advertising or marketing cookies. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other optional tracking technologies, we will update our privacy and cookie information and, where required, provide appropriate choices before those technologies are used.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to request access to your personal information, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict how it is used, object to certain processing, or request transfer of information. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concern with you first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
